October 22, 2011: New Seminars Scheduled for December
I've scheduled two final seminars for this year - Photoshop Lightroom Workshop and Beginning Digital Photography.

BEGINNING DIGITAL (Friday evening, Dec. 2, 5:30 to 8:00 PM, $40/person) - While I bill this as a beginners seminar, we actually cover several advanced concepts, such as exposure control, exposure compensation and proper white balance. We also cover basic composition and many shooting techniques.

LIGHTROOM WORKSHOP (Friday evening, Dec. 9, 5:30 to 8:00 PM, $75/person) - This is a true hands-on workshop that should get you up and running with Lightroom in short order. We'll cover all the basic controls typically required to enhance your images to meet the vision you have. I'll provide several actual images to enhance or fix. The workshop format will be "demo and do" and there will be plenty of one-on-one for everyone. Bring your laptop or desktop computer with Lightroom Version 3.0 installed (a 30-day trial version is a free download from www.adobe.com).

Both seminars will be held at the Woodland Park - Parks & Recreation Classroom next to City Hall.
